Please support Steve Madrone for District Number Five County Supervisor. Steve has lived in the District for more than four decades. He is a man of character with good values.
His opponent in this election
, the Realtor Larry Doss actually lives in Eureka and he’s a climate change denying Republican of the worst kind. Did he really move to the Fifth District last October? Or at the beginning of the Pandemic, as he also claims? Or did he move to the Fifth District in 2004? Who can believe anything he says?
Madrone has undoubtedly lived in the District and made a difference with his thoughtful manner and his Supervisor voting record. The Doss character changes his story without remorse. It’s pure chicanery. He doesn’t live in District Five. He doesn’t even know when he moved there. We all know he’s living in his Eureka home and feeding us a big lie. Why do we have to put up with this? Please vote for Steve Madrone, Humboldt County Supervisor for District Five.

Mr Madrone is the only qualified current Supervisor.
Steve is a conscientious and caring person. He’s made an excellent Supervisor.
Who cares where he lives if he makes this place better then before. We need some fresh blood in the office to kick the planning departments rear end. Humboldt has started to fall apart imo. We need future business minded people that want see humboldt expand not retract and resist. Maybe Steve should Larry have a run at it and then come back for a rematch. Let their actual work speak for itself.
In the end I’m just sick of seeing mostly old grumpy men that are stuck in the 60s and 70s in all these offices and not some young guns that actually can speak for the future and not what we did in the past. The way our county treated each other during the past 2 years was so sad. All over a cold

So what has Madrone exactly done in his few years in office? Trinidad looks like Garberville north with more homeless ska unhoused roaming all over. This is better how?
I fully support Madrone. He’s the only supervisor I trust. However…I agree with your take on Westhaven/Trinidad. I think it’s a problem with allowing the thieves to run wild. They should be getting locked up or if the courts and DA refuse then this problem should be eliminated in some other way.
Being a life long resident of Eastern Humboldt I appreciate Steve Madrone’s engagement with our area. He has provided help & support during last years fires & snowstorm. We’ve too often been treated like the bas-turd red-headed stepchild out here, ignore them & hopefully they will go away. While the issues & problems we all face are beyond any one person’s ability to completely fix I do believe Steve has our best interests in mind.
I am voting Steve Madrone for 5th District Supervisor & urge you to do the same. Our votes DO matter.
