[UPDATE 7:34 p.m.] Power Out to Over 1000 Southern Humboldt Customers
PG&E is reporting that power went out to over a 1000 customers roughly from Weott down to Dean Creek (just north of Redway) about 10:42 a.m.
Currently, they are estimating the power won’t be restored until 3:15 p.m. However, as of noon, they don’t know the cause.
UPDATE 5:30 p.m.: According to PG&E, power has been restored to over 800 customers. But almost 200 are still without power. PG&E is still reporting that they don’t know the cause of the outage. They estimate that by 1 a.m. electricity will be back on to the remaining customers.
UPDATE 7:34 p.m.: PG&E reports that power has been restored to all customers in the Southern Humboldt area.
