Missing Trinity County Woman Found

Leah Hoffman

Leah Hoffman

A 30-year-old woman who went missing in Trinity County three days ago has been found, the Trinity County Sheriff announced on their Facebook at 7:20 p.m.

“Leah Hoffman has been found!” they wrote. “Thank you for all of your kind words, prayers, and tips that you called in!”

After an argument, Hoffman had left a residence in the  Rush Creek Estates near Weaverville on February 7.

The Trinity County Sheriff’s Department oversaw both air and ground searches of areas the woman was suspected to have been seen in. United States Park Rangers and California Highway Patrol Officers joined in the search.

At this point, we don’t know many details but one woman who was close to the search updated posts about Leah Hoffman with the single sentence, “LEAH HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE!!!!!”

Good deal. Hope her family didn’t read any of the inconsiderate remarks made on here. Once again people jumping to conclusions

Maybe we can add “safe” to the title… I was holding my breath for a minute there. Great news.

And you can bet they won’t admit it. Sherlock Holmes would never have made that mistake of jumping to conclusions without any evidence

Yup. Here’s some:

“I almost predicted, in the previous
thread, based on a pattern … And here you have it”

“Are they going to wait to come to the obvious conclusion”

So many “obvious conclusio” type thing by some (one) posted day and and day out.

Actually one person did go back to the original article and apologized to a cousin there. But only after they saw all the flack they were getting here. And the apology was made to a post made 2 days ago. Trying to cover their a**? Pretty weak..
Apologies should have been made here where family and friends are more likely to see it

Would that have been before or after his injection of 6% solution of cocaine? Sherlock was a cocaine-motivated sleuth.

This story is incorrect. I have read several reputable commenters that she was murdered by a cereal killer, y’all best get a clue. This is all bait and switch to keep the sheep calm. If you see someone with a spoon, bowl or milk and aren’t strapped yourself, please call the authorities!!!

Glad for this satisfactory outcome! So many other incidents of missing women are not this fortunate.
