One Pound of Meth Located in Driver’s Side Door Panel of Suspect, Says HCDTF
This is a press release from the Humboldt County Drug Task Force. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
Maximo Espitia
Since early January 2022 the Humboldt County Drug Task Force (HCDTF) had been investigating Maximo Espitia (61 years old from Eureka) for methamphetamine sales. As a result of their investigation agents received a search warrant for Espitia.
On January 26th, 2022 HCDTF agents contacted Espitia as he exited his vehicle at a business on Bear Paws Ln. in Loleta. Espitia was detained without incident. Agents served the search warrant on the vehicle at which time agents located 1 pound of methamphetamine in the driver’s side door panel.
Espitia was transported to the Humboldt County Jail and booked for the following charges:
- H&S 11378 Possession of methamphetamine for sale
- H&S 11379 Transportation of methamphetamine for sale
Anyone with information related to this investigation or other narcotics related crimes are encouraged to call the Humboldt County Drug Task Force at 707-267-9976.

There were no Spanish in humboldt while it was Spanish or Mexican territory. Humboldt bay wasn’t discovered by whites until 12 years after California became part of US

25 years ago a man I knew was busted with a pound of meth. He server SEVENTEEN years in prison. Now guys like this get a week or two.

Simply put, I would LOVE to forget Trump but he’s still spouting treasonous lies and his gullible constituency is still swallowing them and slobbering all over it. Apparently, they want Trump to try and overcome his one-term presidency in spite of his treason, lies, incompetence, and turpitude.
