Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District Providing Drive Thru COVID Testing on Tuesday

This message is intended to provide details regarding drive thru Covid testing with the Klamath-Trinity Joint Unified School District on Tuesday, January 18th. Please understand that we are testing students and staff with the intention of safely resuming in-person instruction on Wednesday. We do not have the capacity to test community members at this testing event.

To participate in Covid testing, students must be registered with Primary Health at https://my.primary.health/r/ktjusd?registration_type=student. This will allow the Covid tests to be entered into the Primary Health System. Individuals who participate in the Covid testing process will receive a text message and an email with the test results.

Captain John will serve as the primary testing site for staff in Hoopa, but staff may test at the site that is most convenient. Staff can register with Primary Health at https://my.primary.health/r/ktjusd?registration_type=staff

 

Below is a list of testing locations and testing periods. Please remain in your vehicle when arriving at the testing location since this is a drive thru event.

 

Captain John Continuation High School: 9 am – 1 pm.

Hoopa Elementary School: 9 am – 1 pm.

Hoopa High School: 9 am – 1 pm.

Orleans Elementary: 9 – 11 am.

Trinity Valley Elementary School: 9 am – 1 pm.

Weitchpec Yurok Magnet School: 8 – 11 am.

Jack Norton Elementary School: 12 – 3 pm.
