FYI, we just got a call from PG$E that they were going to shut off our power if we didn’t press one immediately. We are 10 miles from the nearest power line and haven’t had to give then a dime since 2003.
It’s scammers not pge
Went to the red cross center in willow creek, I have supplies but was hoping they had showers, have not had one since the weekend. Maybe neighborhoods that recently got power back, could help each other out. A sponge bath helps, but…
Here we are digging ourselves out of a winter storm and Colorado has 100 mile per hour winds blowing a firestorm. Hundreds of homes are burning.
I’ve been waiting for another chuckle head rant about climate change not being real.
I think what you meant to say is global warming isn’t real. I do agree the climate is always changing.
That’s getting to be the problem now days. People can’t understand English anymore!
Yeah, several hundred homes in CO have burned. Entire State is in official drought status like much of the Rocky Mountains and Calif. Kodiak Island set an all time Alaska heat record for Dec., and other records beat by many degrees. 67 deg. F, warmer than much of California. Just had major winter tornados in the East. Extreme weather is symptomatic of climate change. Hard to ignore, but many ignore Covid, skip the vax, take horse wormer. AND when is the next Republican coup attempt?
Happy New Year! Good luck!
Hey that’s my photo! Yay!! As I said in my email to Kym, this wasn’t a cherry-picked photo, the road was like this mile after mile and driveway after driveway.
Thank you!!!
Thanks for the best Trinity coverage anywhere! Happy New Year
Right!! That was super crazy. As you cut trees to access an area, more trees fall and you would have to cut your way back out. Falling all around you, no place for the weary.
