Table Mountain is where there are hundreds of life size plaster feet scattered about. I`m one of the few who know the somewhat mundane origin of what appears a bizarre remnant of the hippy days.

Sometimes it`s rough on Albion Ridge….. I wonder if drugs were somehow involved in this?

Well, we know who it wasn’t…

Or I’m sure the Redheaded Burglar would be the prime suspect…

They didn’t let him out did they?

Only the police would describe the Redheaded burglar as dangerous. Read his interview. He was about as dangerous as a kitten. They didn’t let him out of jail because the cops wouldn’t be able to find him again. He could stand in the middle of Broadway and the cops wouldn’t see him.

He carried loaded guns while burgling people’s homes. To think he is not dangerous is naive.

They have not let him out. I would encourage you to read the in-depth interview about William Evers elsewhere in the Mendocino Voice that brought his humanity side forward. (aka the redbearded burglar.)

Oh, I read it alright. And in my opinion, he said at least a couple of things leading me to believe he was, in fact, dangerous.

How he, “wouldn’t have ‘wanted’ to hurt anyone”, and how he “wouldn’t have ‘wanted’ to hurt anyone’s dog”.

Sounds like he still might have if put in the wrong position.

He didn’t say “he wouldn’t have hurt anyone”, or that he “wouldn’t have hurt anyone’s dog”.

Big difference.

To me anyways, it sounds much, much, different.
