$1000 Reward for Return of Freckles (Use a Tile App to Find Her)
From Freckles’ owner:
My dog, Freckles went missing on Nov. 20, 2021. She was last seen 1 mile north of Fortuna, near Palmer Blvd.
She is not a young healthy dog but she is my best friend. I am reaching out as far as possible and exhausting every effort. Please, pass this notice around because she may have had a ride out of our area.
Freckles is a medium build 40 lb. Basenji mix, white face and paws and orange body. She is 14, hard of hearing and couldn’t travel far alone because of arthritis.
Freckles has a collar with a Tile on it. If you have a smart phone, you can download the Tile App. For use, the app must be open with location services on, Bluetooth on and searching for devices. Give it a minute depending on your cell service ability for it to register. If she is within 300 ft (100 yards/1 football field) a green dot will appear with her picture and contact information when you tap on the dot, her collar will start ringing and lead you right to her.<

We live up in the Palmer area . Saw the note on our post and I’ve been watching and looking everyday. Keep the faith. I had a friend that Kim helped on her site last year. His dog Tara was gone for a month after running scared from an auto accident and they found her.
Where was she last seen?
North of Fortuna, near Palmer Blvd.
My heart hurts for you both. I pray that she is found safe and sound!
I work at the top of Palmer, I will try the tracker tomorrow, service is shady up there but I’ll try my best.
There are usually people at the turn out at the old gravel pit. Put one of your fliers in that location if you can. ✊🏽

Wandered all over the top property on Palmer. No pings from the tracker, traveled Palmer looking for pings but service is shady at best.
Hoping freckles is found soon. Couldn’t imagine my buddy out like this. Heartbreaking.
