Sadly, every year on a day to be thankful a life is lost. I don’t know what happened only that someone’s loved one died.

Very sad for anyone to die but on that day it’s even worse you never forget when you lost your loved one I know people who have lost their love ones on Christmas Day

That particular stretch of highway is beyond deadly. 😭😭😭
I can’t remember a time or a holiday that there isn’t someone who has lost a life in that stretchof highway. Many times I have requested that there are flashing lights that say caution in the canyon. Danger narrow Canyon. Watch for driveways. It’s horrid that deaths have to keep happening over and over again. Start trying to do something proactive in that stretch of road Caltrans! Rest in peace, prayers to the family.🙏❤

Does not one death have meaning to you? Or are you of the personality, “as long as it’s not me”.

does one death of someone driving inappropriately mean we change everything?

Seriously…cripe the “just saying” is a little smug and punky. As far as delivery goes if you were in a speech class using that jargon your teacher would chew you up and spit you out. I’m sure the family doesn’t feel that way. There is a crash in that section of road between just north of the old Apache Mill and where it opens up at Shamrock actually probably pretty much to Leggett way too often. 🥺

Very sad that the driver was found deceased on Thanksgiving morning. I don’t know if he had his seat belt on or not. I hope he crawled out under his own power. May he RIP. My condolences to his family and friends. I pray that God will give them the love and strength to help them through this most difficult time in their lives. Every Thanksgiving I hope you set a plate for him at the dinner table, and tell some stories to keep his memory alive. God Bless.
