Fortuna Police Capture Suspect Wanted for Helping Triple Murderer Evade Justice for a Time

This is a press release from the Fortuna Police Department. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On Wednesday, November 10^th 2021 at about 11:00 A.M., Detectives from the Fortuna Police Department located 47 year old, Von Eric Keener, of Fortuna California. Mr. Keener who was wanted by police on outstanding warrants was located and taken into custody in the Loleta Area. Von Eric Keener had two active felony warrants for his arrest charging him as an accessory in a homicide investigation. Keener was also arrested for a violation/revocation of parole. Keener was transported to the Humboldt County Correctional Facility where he was booked without incident.
