The suspect is wanted for being in a physical fight with their neighbors.
The CHP is declining to join the pursuit. A request for a K-9 is also

Hmmm, actually got “high speed pursuit” and “jeep rubicon” in the same paragraph I had to see it. Anyways, best to use the OJ Simpson technique in one of them vehicles.
Hold a gun to your head and hold yourself hostage, like OJ? Or is my memory flawed?
That was Blazing Saddles.
OJ did a Low Speed Chase in a White Bronco all around “HELL A”!!!
90 mph chase on rain slick road during high winds. Makes sense to me. And no top, the dude must have been pretty wet and cold.
The jackass almost hit me head on in my lane, heading towards Arcata…
Me too…had to swerve to the right as he was coming towards me in the left lane, he put 2 tires up on the median and almost flipped over as he continued driving against traffic down Samoa Blvd
I find it real hard to believe the a Jeep Rubicon could out run a Sheriff’s vehicle. Driving 90 in a Rubicon is asking to crash. They are not known for their highway manners. Did the CHP refuse to join in the pursuit because of the dangers involved on a wet highway? Probably a smart move. Just puts other drivers in danger of being hit or killed.
so, was the fellow caught? Passed my house doing 60mph near Manila park.
High speed pursuit in this weather is a VERY BAD IDEA
So, the CHP refused to cross the Rubicon? Weather was too scary? Not their jurisdiction? Hmmmmm!?
Oh, wrong State? What are the self-editing rules?
