Turn him over to the Feds… possession of a ‘ghost gun’.
They will get him out of the community for awhile.

“Ghost” guns are not federally illegal, just in ca a few other states. Sales of one definitely is.

So california gun laws failed again. Law abiding obey the laws but criminals don’t, who would have guessed ?

Laws don’t stop outlaws from possessing weapons. They provide a reason to take the weapon away and put the outlaw in jail.

They also keep firearms out of the hands of law abiding citizens so they can not protect themselves. When the cops get there it is to late all they can do is clean up the mess. Same people that want gun control because you can call the cops are the same ones calling to defund the police. The logic eludes me.

Laws don’t stop anyone from doing anything. Look at our former fat, dumb and happy orange turd for a President.

Well the DA decided not to pick any charges up due to the fact they had no real evidence to conduct the search

Hey now, it might take him a day or so to make another polymer80, depending on his drug of choice, stockpile of parts, and sleeping habits.

Plus, they get to add this arrest to “gun crime” stats.
