wonderful !
Thats great news!! I am all for the road being fixed, buy why is CDFW allowing them to work past October 15th? I can’t replace a simple culvert on my driveway past October 15th because of the potential for erosion or soil runoff into the little ditch. When is the County going to upgrade the undersized culverts all along AP road to accommodate the flow from a 100 year storm? I have to rip out my functional culvert and put in a bigger one right away because CDFW says so, but the county gets to do it when ever they get around to it. Seems to be a bit of a double standard.
