It could be Eugene, or maybe it is Cuspis, or perhaps Attux, and/or Levi, or two or more of them, in fact maybe all of them. Probably all of them. I don’t know who is in charge here, but it seems to me that there is a possibility…uh, William? Have you ever heard of D.I.D.?

He was probably looking for Redbeard. Redbeard is almost as elusive as bigfoot. At least bigfoot knows not to walk in front of the cameras

Eureka is definitely cursed after all the natives were slaughtered. Looks like a zombie meth apocalypse……
Not sure about the history in Willits but if I had to guess they have a curse too…..

Well then, it seems the whole earth must be cursed, because there has been tragic horror like that most everywhere on earth that humans inhabit.

Nowhere in the article does it say anything about willits. Covelo is to willits what hoopa is to arcata. Basically a different world

Your comment might make sense if the people involved weren’t native. Are you saying they cursed themselves?

Thinking the exact same thing.

That’s a good point about who the curse might affect.

Not sure if cursed is the same as jinxed.

I’m not sure about Covelo, but it sure could be jinxed.

Garberville could be jinxed, for that matter, there would be reason enough for it.

Ruth is definitely jinxed.

Weott is jinxed.

So is Shelter Cove. Big time.
I’ve seen a lot of that.

But the Native Americans being subject to the jinx?

I hadn’t really thought of that before.

They’ve suffered enough.

But it’s not like they are the perpetrators of the jinx either.

Bad shit happens, I don’t think it is discriminatory, or that it discriminates.

A lot of bad shit just happens.

Restless spirits.

Enough is enough.

Go in peace.

You don’t get a pass because you’re a person of color, lol, have you never seen the same types of articles and responses over white fugitives? Selective criticism!

Hey Kym, is the comment above somehow anything but a personal insult?

I allow comments on the appearance of those in stories sometimes but to be honest I’m not comfortable with it. However, I do allow comments for instance on cops being overweight as it could conceivably affect their job. And I allow comments about tattoos and haircuts as some people feel they are indicative of a criminal life.

I am not really solid on my feelings about this. Mostly, it feels like kicking someone when they are in the stocks.
