Soon after this screenshot was taken the helicopter dropped below radar and hasn’t reappeared as of 10:20 a.m.

They were circling lower Elk Creek /Bridge Creek this morning too. Probably about the same time they disappeared from Salmon Creek. Funny thing, the army (and military) is prohibited from doing law enforcement within the US. National Guard is a different story.
California National Guard, under authority of the governor, can act in a Leo capacity. Oddly, the US Space Force is exempt from the Posse Comitatus act.
“Sec. 15. From and after the passage of this act it shall not be lawful to employ any part of the Army of the United States, as a posse comitatus, or otherwise, for the purpose of executing the laws, except in such cases and under such circumstances as such employment of said force may be expressly authorized by the Constitution or by act of Congress; and no money appropriated by this act shall be used to pay any of the expenses incurred in the employment of any troops in violation of this section and any person willfully violating the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars or imprisonment not exceeding two years or by both such fine and imprisonment”
I think it’s in the Constitution, the government is not allowed to use the army on its own people… Yeah national guard might be different… Reminds me of the big army helicopters from when I was a kid, Army men hanging out the sides of the helicopter with giant guns in their hands flying low scaring every hippie in the area. That was Reaganomics and D.A.R.E. program in schools asking kids what their parents did for a living
National Guard = Weekend WORRIERS!!! Worried they’ll be called up to “Fight their neighbors”!!!!

It just popped up at Stafford, over Kneeland then Blue Lake, Korbel back to Kneeland, then to ACV (gas?) and then over the bay headed south over Headwaters (elev. 5,400) now almost back to Stafford (1:10pm) according to Flightradar…flew over us into ACV yesterday early afternoon..

One that looked just like that one circled all of Redway for a while today too. Pretty low. I guess they were very busy.
Flew over Whale Gulch also. The boys in the helicopter must be lonely, so sad.
Go to Arcata Airport, photograph and call them out for scaring cattle
A couple years ago they flew everywhere they hit my house really hard and they were doing this at night and I think it’s just a psychological maneuver. They didn’t bust me or anybody that they flew on that round.
