[UPDATE 10 p.m.] Single Vehicle on Its Roof on Hwy 299; One Person Trapped
A single vehicle rolled over on Hwy 299 near Berry Summit about 7 p.m., according to a report from the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page and the scanner.
A woman is trapped and equipment is needed “to get her out.”

UPDATE 10 p.m.: The CHP is now reporting that the woman had minor injuries.

Thank god it’s only minor injuries!
I believe this is the accident my sister and I saw yesterday as we were heading to Arcata. It looked a mess! We passed it before the paramedics go there, but saw them heading up as we got closer to Arcata. Glad to hear there were only minor injuries. It looked like it could have been much worse!
Glad to read that the woman only had minor injures. Drive 299 safely people it is going to be busy, and I am sure some drunks will be heading home from a day at the river or lake.
