2021 Season At Redwood Acres Raceway Continues Saturday

Race number four of the 2021 season for Redwood Acres Raceway will take place this Saturday June 19. It will be Bear River Casino Resort Night At The Acres. Legends, bombers, mini stocks and roadrunners will be in action while late models have the event off.

The most recent race at RAR was June 5 and featured the North State Modified Series. Scott Winters won the 60-lap NSMS race. Other main event winners on the night were David Miller in the late models, Brandon White in the Legends, Loren Powers, Jr. in the bombers, Colton Kinsey in the mini stocks and Steve Kimberling in the roadrunners.

Tickets for this Saturday’s event are $10 and will be available at the front gates. Raceway officials encourage fans to purchase tickets before Saturday to prevent long lines at the ticket booth and allow for quicker and easier entrance to the grandstands. Tickets can be purchased on the track’s website www.RacinTheAcres.com and are also available at the following local businesses: Automasters and Don’s Rent-All in Eureka, McKinleyville Barber Shop in McKinleyville and JC Auto In Fortuna. Fans are reminded to bring cash as vendors can only accept cash transactions. Grandstands will open at 4:00 PM with racing starting at 5:30 PM.
