“The Cal/OSHA Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board will be voting on revisions to the Emergency Temporary Standards (ETS) at their meeting on June 17.”
This is extra-Constitutional. Or, perhaps, anti-Constitutional. We are all guaranteed a Republican form of government. OSHA can establish management rules to operate themselves. They can not establish mandates to operate us.
“Everyone that can, should get vaccinated when eligible.”
Easy, killer.
