High school senior got a $1,000.00 scholarship from the Veterans of Foreign Wars and is going to attend Montana State University to study agricultural communications. That’s cool. This story’s a little more uplifting than some of the others I read on this news site. No reflection on Ms. Kemp that so many of the stories are . . . well, you know. All too often there are more stories about sordid and depraved stuff than something like this one.
