Tree Falls on 101 Near the Mattole Road Offramp

Just before 10 p.m., a tree fell on Hwy 101 near the Mattole Road offramp. It blocked the northbound lane entirely and crossed into the southbound lane, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.

First reports indicate that at least one vehicle crashed because of the downed tree. However, no one was injured.
