On May 14, TCSO Captured Over $50,000 and Eradicated Over 6000 Growing Marijuana Plants/Seized Over 700 Pounds of Processed, Etc
This is a press release from the Trinity County Sheriff’s Office. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:
On May 14, 2021 Trinity County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Investigators, with the assistance from Agents with the North State Major Investigation Team and Inspectors from Trinity County Environmental Health served search warrants on private parcels of land in Douglas City and Lewiston, CA.Several subjects were detained and interviewed at the locations. A total of 6,661 growing marijuana plants were eradicated, 771 pounds of processed marijuana, over $50,000 of US Currency and a firearm were seized.Environmental and County Building Code violations were uncovered and addressed at each parcel.Criminal Complaints against the persons detained at each location will be filed with the Trinity County District Attorney’s Office.Charges:11358HS – Unlawful cultivation of Marijuana11359HS – Possess Marijuana for sale1602F&G – Unlawful diversion of water5650F&G – Deleterious material within 150 feet of a waterwayAgencies involved:Trinity County Sheriff’s OfficeNorth State Major Investigation TeamCalifornia Highway PatrolTrinity County Environmental Health

The funny thing, that I predicted by the way, is liberals or progressives, aren’t championing their leaders achievements, just still ranting like hysterical girls about the last leader. Sure there’s tons of other huge illegal farms for TCSO to hit, but this one had other motivations. The Lewiston raid is pay back for speaking out and helping others
The guy recently had county deny his license extension over a septic issue. They then cut him down and destroyed his ghouses. He didn’t even have a chance to appeal the director’s decision fully. They never issues a violation even during county inspection prior month.
He has a right to cure and I know they’ll say it was immediate threat to public health but I don’t actually believe that. They have permission to come onto property for inspection without notice. So what do they do, send the heli and whole raid gang.
He had a valid license and during the appeal he should maintain that status. Sheriff and planning actual just want to make a point to him and the the other Eastern Europe crowd.

Armies of people smoke weed all day every day. Ounce a week, all year is over 3 pounds a year. A decent sized farm that pulls in 300 pounds is only providing head for 100 or 200 people. And there’s a battalion of dealers and dispensaries to provide that weed, one small baggy at a time. America’s appetite for weed has never been fully sated. Not all weed heads look like Cheech and Chong.

Ever park at a business near a dispensary? You’ll see all kinds, ages, races,etc. I frequent a couple stores in the same plaza. And the odor permeates the appliance store one door down. It was weird walking in and smelling it so strong. It flared up my asthma really bad. Hopefully for this business owners livelyhood, his customers and employees can tolerate it. But that’s the first thing I think of now when I think about (not) going back .

Sounds imaginary. Sounds like psychosomatic asthma. Does skunk cabbage in the forest trigger asthma? What about roses? How does your bronchioles know one smell was illegal for 100 years. How does the retail store smell so strong? The weed is usually in jars sealed up, and you haven’t been able to smell samples during Covid. Unless they are flowering bud right there, you might have been getting worked up at the IDEA of a scent.
Let’s assume 38 million people in CA. Let’s say only 2% smoke a gram a day. That’s 1674pounds per day in just CA. A more realistic 4% puts it over 3,300 pound per day, or 1.2 million pounds per year
Yep, and it takes 7 to 10 pounds to make 1 pound of concentrates times a shitload equals we still dont grow enough.
