My name is ODIE. I am a male, black and white Akita mix. The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old. I have been at the shelter since Apr 29, 2021.
Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal: ODIE
Is an easy going big guy who is quite affectionate. He is non-reactive to other dogs and didn’t seem to want to eat the cats when introduced. He did give them a good stare, but listened quickly when told to “leave it”. He does like to talk like a husky does with their voice and it’s so adorable! Walks nicely on leash and would be a great companion dog. He is house trained per finder who had him in her home for a week. He would do best in a home without livestock. Odie currently weighs in at 65lbs.
