I was right behind him this morning, missed it by just a couple of minutes. Went by this afternoon about 5:30. There was still cleaning up the oil and diesel spilled on the ground they had a big dump box truck… look like they were loading out garbage from the spilled garbage earlier in the day…
Hmmm… Must be the ramp with the ‘award-winning’ CalTrans paving job ?
