We should save ourselves some anguish and just blow up all the highways that we fail to keep open. Junction city, last chance grade, dinsmore, happy camp, and confusion hill. We can buy a badass fleet of ferries with all the money we save.

Best of luck on THAT Theory!!! There isn’t enough water in the Van Duzen to float a Toy Boat let alone a Full Sized Ferry!!!!

That’s because of all the illegal big growers illegally diverting water. Pot is bad for you, it is addicting, causes lung and other cancers, causes schizofrenia, etc. Really bad for kids, fucks them up.

Lots of logging happening out the 36. Log trucks really need to slow down, most are hauling ass.
And the dipshit in the white dually pickup is going to end up killing someone.

Glad to read that the driver is fine. Don’t know what happened to cause the accident so I can’t blame the driver, highway or mechanical failure.

Actually the realignment of 36 is doing a great job of keeping traffic low, down. Another year of full closure is once again being thought about for the coming year. Stop leave the highway alone; no more work. No more “do overs” as a property owner in the construction zone this is insanity.

Kym there was also a Steve Wills logging truck that was heading south and crossed all the way over to the other side head on into a redwood tree. Did not look good at all this morning around 9 I passed it.
Any word about that one?

I saw a semi and trailer that took a toll down side of 36 just a couple days back,Saturday morning roughly the same area, give a mile or two. I could not find any news stories covering it.
