[UPDATE 5:25 p.m.] Crash Slowing Traffic on Briceland Thorn Road
A two vehicle collision on the Briceland Thorn Road just east of Shop Road west of Redway just before 5 p.m. is causing traffic to back up, according to a report on the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.
The report states that a black Scion sedan and a brown Toyota Tundra collided. Fortunately, no one was injured.

UPDATE 5:25 p.m.: The CHP page states that one of the vehicles involved was previously reported for driving recklessly.

If the black car had a NY license plate then I am pretty sure that vehicle was seen driving like a maniac through Petrolia and Honeydew.
A Scion is like a square station wagon. The vehicle I experienced was a low, very much a sports car, black,
sedan type. I’m guessing it was a Nissan. Not too many of this model around.
I tried to flag this driver in the black scion down on foot and tell them to slow down and they spun out right next to me in a very dangerous way. It’s too bad their irresponsible behavior ended up meeting up with someone else. I hope that driver is held responsible and pays for all damages and/or gets nailed with public endangerment.
