Please remember that this story is unfolding. Information is being reported as we gather it. However, some of the information coming from initial reports could be wrong. We will do our best to get the facts but, in the case that something is inaccurate, we will update with correct information as soon as we can.

UPDATE 5:25 p.m.: The CHP page states that one of the vehicles involved was previously reported for driving recklessly.

  • If the black car had a NY license plate then I am pretty sure that vehicle was seen driving like a maniac through Petrolia and Honeydew.

  • A Scion is like a square station wagon. The vehicle I experienced was a low, very much a sports car, black,
sedan type. I’m guessing it was a Nissan. Not too many of this model around.

  • I tried to flag this driver in the black scion down on foot and tell them to slow down and they spun out right next to me in a very dangerous way. It’s too bad their irresponsible behavior ended up meeting up with someone else. I hope that driver is held responsible and pays for all damages and/or gets nailed with public endangerment.
