Mendocino County Moves to the ‘Yellow Tier’; Public Health Officers Warns Residents to Not Become ‘Complacent’

Yellow tier Mendocino covidMendocino County is now within the “Yellow Tier,” the least restrictive of California’s COVID-19 tier system called the Blueprint for a Safer Economy designed to reopen business safely while mitigating viral spread. Within the “Yellow Tier,” the virus’s spread in the community is considered “minimal” and “most indoor business operations are open with modifications.”

Mendocino County Public Health Officer Andy Coren said the county’s redesignation demonstrates, “The people of Mendocino County are working hard following the guidelines for living safer.”

Though Dr. Coren sees an opportunity to celebrate, he expressed concerns Mendocino County could see another viral outbreak as testing has dropped nearly 50% and vaccine appointments are left unfilled. He said, “This is not a time to be complacent. Residents must continue wearing our masks, handwashing, social distancing, and socializing outdoors.”

Mendocino County is the only county within the Emerald Triangle to be within the yellow tier. The state’s most recent data has Humboldt County experiencing a 3.1% 7-day positivity rate, Trinity County is experiencing a 1.3% positivity rate, while Mendocino County’s positivity rate stands at 1.2%. The positivity rate describes the percentage of all COVID-19 tests that are performed and the percent that are positive.

Trinity County’s could be redesignated into the Yellow Tier next week if COVID-19 numbers remain low for two consecutive weeks.

Recently published COVID-19 data from Mendocino County Public Health mirrors the State of California’s data but reflects the reality the county is not devoid of the virus. As of April 27, 2021, there are 26 known active COVID-19 cases in the county and one resident is hospitalized in the intensive care unit.

Mendocino County is one of four counties in California with low enough COVID-19 spread to qualify. The other counties are Lassen, Sierra, and Alpine County.

Four other counties could be joining Mendocino in the yellow tier next week if their numbers hold: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Marin, and Trinity.

Each county’s race to less restrictive tiers will prove moot in the coming month and a half after California State Governor Gavin Newsom announced that on June 15, 2021, California will move beyond the Blueprint for a Safe Economy given there are enough vaccines for 16 years and older to be vaccinated and hospitalization rates remain stable and low.

The State of California is utilizing three metrics to assign counties based on the tiered system: adjusted coronavirus rate, the positivity rate of COVID-19 testing, and the health -equity metric. Counties’ assignments change when their qualifying data sustains for two consecutive weeks.

With official redesignation imminent, here are some of the changes to COVID-19 guidance Mendocino County resident can expect within the “Yellow Tier”:

  • Live Events and Performance Venues
  • Venues of up to 1,500 people can have a max of 25% capacity or 300 people. Capacity can be 50% of all attendees show proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination.
  • Gyms and Fitness Centers
      • The Yellow Tier allows 50% capacity and the reopening of saunas and steam rooms.
  • Movie Theaters
      • 50% capacity with no limit for a total number of moviegoers.
    • Bars that Don’t Serve Food
      • Allowed to open at 25% capacity indoors or 100 people total.
    • Restaurant
      • capacity remains at 50%.
  • Places of Worship
    • There is no change with redesignation into the “Yellow Tier” with the state recommending capacity be capped at 50% or less.
  • Informal Social Gatherings
    •  For outdoor social gatherings, the “Yellow Tier” allows 100 to attend.

In a given pre-2020 year almost 9 million people die in India(24,000 per day). Has anything really changed?

Or is this bs news just more “be afraid, get your shot”?

Yup, more reported covid cases and the businesses are reopening, lol. If this doesn’t prove all this is a democratic plandemic then there is no hope for this state. I never wore a mask and I never will and covid is 100% a hoax and being more and more exposed every day. Gruesome Newsom is on his way out and most of us are moving to other states to enjoy freedom and liberties. Commiefornia will just be left with the lefties and their druggies and welfare cases and no one will be able to afford the taxes and communist China will buy all the land. This is what happens when you let demoncrats run anything but carnival rides.

In other words, “here it is,” “we found a new virus” — false. Unsupportable. Fraudulent.

Equally fraudulent, the claim that the “genetic structure of the virus” has been sequenced—-because, if you don’t have a purified isolated specimen of the virus, you have no way (other than fabrication) to claim you understand its structure.

What are the implications?

The COVID PCR and antibody tests are designed to detect a virus that isn’t there.

The COVID case and death numbers—stemming from the virus—are meaningless.

The lockdowns, masks, distancing, the closure of businesses, the economic destruction—all based on stopping the virus—are unnecessary, meaningless, vastly criminal.

People who have been dying have been dying for various other reasons—but their deaths have been relabeled and repackaged as “caused by the virus.”

The vaccine is supposed to protect against…what? The virus that isn’t there.

People who say this monstrous mountain of fraud is too large to be a fraud—well, that’s not an authentic argument. It’s just an expression of preference for established authority; and a preference for a sense of stability created by a lie.

For the past year, I’ve been making the case that no one has proved SARS-CoV-2 exists. Mainstream researchers, in their published studies, have been SAYING they are proving it, but SAYING and PROVING are two very different approaches.

What makes Dr. Kaufman’s analysis so disruptive and accurate is: he took a detailed and typical passage from one of these studies, and he presented a step-by-step refutation of every significant laboratory procedure. He showed that every move the researchers made did NOT lead toward a legitimate conclusion that SARS-CoV-2 exists.

Indeed, Dr. Kaufman’s approach exposes the entire industry of virology. It torpedoes this pseudoscience.

The time-honored process for isolating (discovering) other viruses (e.g., HIV) comes under the same harsh spotlight: researchers say they’ve discovered a virus, but they haven’t come within miles of proving it.

Instead, all they have is the assertion that they are the authorities.

This is the same bald assertion the social-media industry uses to censor information that reveals SARS-CoV-2 has never been discovered.

I would summarize Dr. Kaufman’s analysis with this analogy: You have a large swamp next to a landfill on the edge of a city. The swamp contains a host of toxic chemicals, waste, and genetic material from a number of unknown sources. You observe small fish and insects in the swamp are dying. You decide, based on no evidence, that a virus must be in the swamp, and IT is killing the fish and insects. And THEN you claim that, THEREFORE, you have ISOLATED the virus and demonstrated that it is deadly. AND it is a new virus that no one has ever found before. AND you know the precise genetic structure of this virus.

In other words, you’ve shown the OPPOSITE of isolation. The soup in the swamp never delivers up any evidence of a virus. But you SAY it does.

And this is the basis for declaring a worldwide pandemic.

And no one is supposed to disagree.

And this is science.

And because you’re connected to every government in the world, and every major news source, and to the CDC and the WHO, and to untold numbers of law-enforcement entities, you try to shove this “science” down the throats of 7.8 billion people.

THIS is the gateway to the New Normal and the Great Reset. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that the Brave New World will also shove its precepts and structure down the same throats.

And therefore, resistance on many levels—including opening up the economy every-which-way-possible—is necessary. And falls to us to make it happen.

First, Kaufman is a psychiatrist turned naturopath who refutes the idea that any virus causes any human disease. He is not trained in epidemiology, virology, or even disease management.

Second, he relies on Koch’s postulates (which predate modern DNA evidence) but then doesn’t accept the evidence published from numerous sources that refutes his suppositions because his beliefs are ultimately based on a leap of faith, not on scientific evidence. In fact he refutes the evidence that viruses cause polio, measles, HIV-AIDS, even the common cold.

Third, some of his other ideas are downright dangerous — for example he doesn’t believe appendicitis exists, he claims it’s just constipation and the only needed treatment is an enema. That’s really no different from people who think you can pray away disease without any needed treatments.

Ultimately the scientific evidence overwhelmingly refutes Kaufman’s opinions on the topic. I’d frankly be surprised if he still has a valid medical license given the nature of his claims.

The anti vaxxers repeat constantly an old axiom from the 19th century that applies to bacteria and that was rewritten before Koch (the originator of the obsolete axiom) died . It can be explained to them time after time after time and, like a bad penny, just keeps recirculating. It’s nonsense, they know it’s nonsense but they latch because it sounds good to people who haven’t a clue.

This is a link to the ways a virus is purified in the real world – a world that anti vaxxers don’t occupy. https://www.news-medical.net/life-sciences/Virus-Purification-Methods.aspx

Dealing with anti vaxxer’s grasp of science is like grabbing a greased pig. To them modern science is magical and mysterious and not to be understood.

Indeed. Some folks don’t want one precisely because they understand science. For some the risks outweigh the benefits when they consider the severity of the threat.

It is tiring to continually see some folks try to tell others what to do with their bodies. If you want a vaccine, get it. Let others make their own choice.

It is reasonable to choose to avoid experimental pharmaceuticals. FFS, thalidomide was approved. So were a bunch of others that were later found to have unacceptable side effects.

That is not what is going on here. First a person could validly say that getting a vaccination has a small risk to it and they simply refuse to take it. Or that they find the disease being vaccinated against an acceptable risk. That is a personal choice and other opinions might differ.

But Call me crazy (and other anti vaxxers campaigners) uses clearly inappropriate and misunderstood ideas to try to make others think the risk of vaccination is so big that everyone else has to rationally reject it. He repeats made up crap and demands people respect it as science. In other words, he does not just worry about a fire in a crowded theater and says so. He yells “Fire! Fire! Fire!” when he’s in a crowded theater to drive people out in a panic when there is no fire. Other people should stand up and yell “No! There is no fire.” when indeed there is no fire.

People can not “use science” if they can`t make sense out of it. And it is not a kindness to say they are making sense when they aren’t.

Normally, I think it’s best to just ignore them.

But again, based on a hunch, I was praying for her last night, because I think she might be a bit overwhelmed.

So this morning, I noticed TRB vigorously rattling his cage, needing attention.

I figured I’d throw him a bone.

I see now it was an error.

He instantly multiplied.

No more bones for TRB from me.

Only crickets.

Ok, now you have me worried. I hope she’s ok and it’s just jury duty.
I’m in the perpetual moderation mode with her, I don’t mind, it’s her site…Mg comments show up at some point….or not..

I’m finding it interesting you can pretty much tell who’s in moderation by who’s posts haven’t been here.

Be Careful criticizing TRB a tiny slight of his posts got me moderated.

Hope all’s well with Kym, she said she was in jury duty and has a life to run as well.

This post might show up briefly.

I am so sorry, Kym,
that is so much worse than I thought.

I was trying to cover your back, but I had no idea what had happened.

But, I know it’s not like you to leave your post.

If it seems like my comment at 12:01 is a little out of order, it’s because it takes me forever from when I start.

I began it before your explanation at 11:42 and didn’t see it until after I posted it at 12:01.

Please forgive me for jumping into the ring uninvited to defend you, I am a lousy fighter, but I just don’t see how anyone could have not noticed something was terribly wrong.

My sincerest condolences to you and your family, and my utmost respect to you all.
