Punishing thieves, vagrants and slackers.
I’d run them like Bracero’s in the fields, but for no pay.

A very blurry picture of a pick up with a canopy? A bit of video of a man walking along almost completely covered in camo? Like either of those things are rarely seen in Eureka. Let me get my Ouija Board out.

Looks like a pigeon toed camo guy and a pickup. Don’t see a pink carnation though.

The video is from The Works. I hope for the burglar’s sake, it didn’t happen there. He’d get a beating like Marky Ramone on a drum head.

Person in the video has an old injury to the left leg and walks very strange; strongly heel, toe. Almost like the shoes are way too big. Yeah, there’s distinctive body movement in the walk.

Is that a full size truck or smaller one? Hard to tell because not much in background to scale it against.

There’s one thing masks are good for: criminals hiding their identities.
