Finally, a job Sean is qualified for!
Iffy occupation but the chicken sounds delicious
THANK YOU SEAN for volunteering your time to help the MCC and the community!!
Look forward to trying your grub!
Question: Will Sean be doing this weekly for the Mateel, or like before, will there will be different meals each time, like last summer and fall?
Creating food, especially good BBQ, is a pretty essential & noble thing to do in the world. It’s timeless & hopefully fun. There are places all over Europe that have created foods for 100s of years, even a 1000 years, in the same way & in the same locations, and often even by the same families. I envision that kind of legacy for our incredible county! The 8000+ yr old Native culture needs to have some restoration, and our new, young culture needs to be embraced & encouraged by Visionary county planners.
The hoopla over the opening of KFC in Eureka is totally counter to the Humboldt Made movement. Ppl pointed out how there are a few home made fried chicken, mashed potato food establishments around. Those need to be in a news story! Not KFC!!
Go Sean! And many congratulations on your newest family member.
