Probable cause?
Speaking to a person outside your vehicle is cause for a search request?

Probable cause is not needed for a request to search.

Get the Fricker’s off the streets. These drugs slinging idiots have made Ukiah a cesspool. You walk around and constantly see them bumping up and down in their car, begging, getting hotel rooms together tweaking running in and out. Be-bopping in leaving in a minute every hotel in Ukiah is filled with them. Many of the shelter care situations do not demand sobriety. The hotel across from In-N-Out that’s a piece of work.

where are these non sobriety demanding shelter houses you speak of?
Or better yet, aren’t there any workhouses for the poor around here?

Such thinking is the fatal flaw when empathy becomes confused with sympathy. No matter how violent, destructive and cruel someone is, they are still human and fully deserving of society’s care. Being born is enough to guarantee it. Why should anyone work in that case? Or for that matter, care what anyone else thinks?

Mendocino Mamma fasten your seat belt cause with open borders and a neutered ICE much more is coming, especially since we’re on the highway to hell of legal drug use in the states north of us.

I guess fenanyl (sp?) in the drugs doesn’t get you high enough

Tax dollars are used to buy heroin pipes, syringes, and “booty bumping kits,” which allow users to rectally inject drugs for a more intense high.

I’ll bet they just can’t quite find money for mental health or rehab centers though.

I’m opening an outlet store, where all we sell are torches and pitchforks.
I expect business in the next few years to increase exponentially.
Franchise opportunities available.
You’re going to wanna get in on the ground floor on this one..

I’ve heard that the bottom is a popular place to hide heroin.
