[UPDATE 3:37 p.m.] Victim Shot in Leg near Ukiah’s Safeway; Law Enforcement Searching for Suspect

Gunshot Victim featureScanner traffic indicates law enforcement is combing the neighborhoods around Safeway on 653 S State Street after a gun was fired, a shooter fled, and the victim was left with a wounded leg.

According to the scanner, the suspect fled the Safeway parking eastbound toward Gobbi. 

No details have been provided as to the suspect.

UPDATE 3:37 p.m.: Law enforcement is out investigating the scene and scanner traffic indicates they have found surveillance footage from a nearby business that depicts the shooter fleeing the scene.

Ukiah is getting a bit rough……. BTW, does anyone know where Kelisha Alvarez is now? She was in the ‘joint’ & should be out sometime soon.

Ukiah is a shit hole, just recently tho. It was a nice little town just a couple years ago. Making lake county look nice, which is hard.

Covid lockdown has not been kind to Ukiah. Ukiah was just starting to come up and then the lockdown and the construction that has been going on for way too long on state street
