Seems to me that anyone caught dealing heroin and especially heroin with fentanyl should be charged with attempted murder.

Based on a lethal dose being 250 micrograms this loser was carrying enough to KILL almost 150, 000 people.

Lock him up, toss the key!

Your statistics are off.
A lethal dose is ~2 milligrams not 250 micrograms, although this number does vary from person to person.

Buts let’s say it is 250 micrograms. Since there are 1,000,000 micrograms in every gram and he had 3.7g….that means he had 3,700,000 micrograms. If you divide that by 250 you are left with 14,800 lethal doses, not 148,000 like your math suggests. However, the total number of lethal doses he had is actually 8x less than that because the actual lethal dose is 8x higher than you stated. So technically he only had enough fentanyl to kill 1,850 people. Im assuming he wants as many return customers as possible so mixing lethal doses isn’t in his business models best interest.

But….on another note, yeah let him rot.

Seems to me that changes to drug laws, i.e., Schedule I, could eliminate this type of criminal opportunism pretty quick.

Why US Empire is so enamored to putting people into jail and prison for drugs, is the incredible ability it gives to foreign intelligence gathering. It’s no secret CIA has infiltrated DEA to carry out US foreign policy.

Dosage and purity are everything with drugs. It’s really easy to pull the emotional trigger and pile on how murderous a drug dealer might be. But how about we place it at the feet of congress instead, where it belongs?

Safe, pure, legal drugs make safer communities. Fentanyl is not the problem, it’s a symptom of a broken system.

Or, do we prefer carnage and a perpetual underclass of bad people causing harm to our communities?

I say drug purity and legality is a human right worth fighting for.

I agree it does sound crazy but everything they tried so far hasn’t worked. So try making shit legal and see what happens?

Harris and K Market. Makes sense. They do not enforce masks or wear them half the time, so a criminal would feel comfortable in the place. The owner also does not cite the observance of employment law, as it is against his religion (liberal capitalism). No breaks for employees. If I were the geniuses at EPD I would stake out the place all the time.

Harris & K Market with a loaded firearm on his person. If the POP unit and County Drug Task Force guys had taken another minute, armed robbery probably would have been added to Lanier’s charges.

Lanier has been trouble since his teen years. Wannabe gangbanger, about 5’5”. As tough as a mouse. He will always be armed and ready to kill. A complete waste of a life.

It’s funny to me how everyone on here has so much to say but then they post as anonymous because they obviously are cowards. 3 grams isn’t enough fentanyl to kill two entire counties but it sounded good. you guys are all sitting at your houses judging people on the internet when you have no idea who they are or the other side of things. Just like none of you had any idea that he was defending himself because the person that got shot tried to Rob him and jump him. You guys literally no nothing. before you comment on these little websites maybe you should find out the real facts. [edit]
