Highway 101 Closed at Last Chance Grade Tonight

Information from Caltrans:

Attention travelers on U.S. 101 in Del Norte County: Non- emergency traffic will not be allowed to pass through tonight’s full closure in the Last Chance Grade area south of Crescent City as paving will be underway. As previously announced, the closure will run overnight from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. This work is necessary to bring up the existing roadway grade, and enacting these nighttime closures reduces the number of times crews will be in the area working on this particular project.
