The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office is looking for this fellow. They state in their Facebook post, “We’d like to have a word with him. He was caught on surveillance video going through stolen mail in the area of Hillcrest Avenue (county’s jurisdiction of Eureka) on January 18.”
