On 12-04-2020 at 3:00 P.M. the Mendocino County Multi Agency Gang Suppression Unit (MAGSU) conducted an operation in the Mendocino County inland areas.

The MAGSU members consisted of law enforcement personnel from the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office, Fort Bragg Police Department, Mendocino County District Attorney’s Investigators, Mendocino County Probation, California State Parole and Mendocino County Special Investigations Unit (Welfare Fraud Investigators).

MAGSU members went to a residence located in the 400 block of Mill Street in Willits, California.

MAGSU members contacted Diego Spaggiari, who had an active felony arrest warrant. Spaggiari was arrested and booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was held in Lieu of $50,000.00 bail.

MAGSU members went to a residence located in the 100 block of Court Street in Ukiah, California.

MAGSU members contacted Roy Sanchez, who was on active parole. MAGSU members collected evidence and developed probable cause to believe Sanchez was in violation of his parole terms. Sanchez was arrested for 3056 PC (Felony Violation of Parole) and booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was held with no bail.

MAGSU members went to a residence located in the 8000 block of East Road in Redwood Valley, California.

During a probation search, MAGSU members located two firearms and indicia belonging to Douglas Whipple. The MAGSU members continued their investigation and developed probable cause to believe Whipple was in violation of 29800 PC (Felony Felon in Possession of Firearms), 30605 PC (Felony Possession of Assault Weapon) and 30305 PC (Felony Felon in Possession of Ammunition).

Whipple was not at the location at the time, resulting in a stop & arrest BOLO (Be-On-The-Lookout) for Whipple’s arrest in connection to the above listed crimes.

Think there was a wipple up in eureka runnin’ shine near bayshore mall a few years back.
He looked disadvantaged when I saw the mugshot, so he was probably framed by the notoriously violent Eureka pOlice.
#BLM.
Probably the same story with the Klan cops down in mendo harassing beautiful brown bodies.

We should send poor Diego to University instead. Full ride.

He’ll probably start making good decisions.

Person that did this press release, you have trouble with basic English.

1. Why capitalize “Lieu?” Did you get confused with Ted Lieu?
2. Rather than adding a negative by using “with no,” go “without.”
3. You capitalized BOLO, but capitalized BOTL in the parenthesis.

So find him, you assholes. Why are you sleeping tonight? Another catch and release?

Actual U.S. Citizens, better get your CCC ready with all the punks the sheriffs departments refusing to apprehend or do better, supposedly due to the China (fuck-you-flu) manufactured flu excuse. Cops are too busy protecting BLM group so they can protest (riot).
