Hit and Run on New Navy Base Road
About 8:11 p.m., a black BMW traveling with no lights struck a black Mercedes on Hwy 255 near New Navy Base Road before fleeing. The Mercedes went about 20 feet off the roadway, according to an officer at the scene speaking over the scanner.
The occupant was injured, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.
The Mercedes has moderate front end damage.
Law enforcement is now looking for the black BMW that sustained front end damage.

The question I can’t stop wondering about is why a Mercedes & a Beamer were on New Navy Base Road to begin with, never mind at the same time & “finding” each other in the dark!!!???

I live in Manila, theres plenty of both mercedes and BMWs driving on 255 at all times of day and night. That’s not even accounting for the people that live on the peninsula that own them.
They might’ve been racing or something, but Im just throwing it out there…
