Green Diamond Doing Prescribed Burn East of 101 Near Del Norte/Humboldt County Line

Green Diamond is doing prescribed burning today.

According to Gary Rynearson, their spokesperson, “Green Diamond plans to conduct fuel hazard reduction burns this morning east of Highway 101 near the Humboldt- Del Norte County line.  Smoke will be visible from US 101.”

Rynearson said, ” The burning should be completed by late afternoon.”
