Trinity County Has Community-Based COVID-19 Testing Available on Thursday and Friday

Press release from Trinity County Public Health:

Community-Based COVID-19 testing is AVAILABLE this week according to the following schedule:

  • Thursday, October 29th, 2020 8:00 am-11:45 am, Trinity Alps Performing Arts Center, 101 Arbuckle Court, Weaverville*
  • Friday, October 30th, 2020 9:00 am-1:00 pm, Solid Rock Church, 66 Tule Creek Road, Hayfork*

Our first of THREE Drive-Thru Flu Clinics will be held tomorrow, October 28th, from 10AM-1PM at the Solid Rock Church in Hayfork (66 Tule Creek Road). Individuals must stay in their vehicles and wear a face covering at all times. Flu vaccination is FREE, and no appointment is necessary. (see attached flyer for details) Please note that no unauthorized personnel will be allowed on-site.

New this week, Trinity County Public Health is distributing materials developed by the California Department of Public Health to educate individuals on how and when to self-isolate or self-quarantine. See information attached.

SThe title says covid testing but the article says it’s flu shots and doesn’t mention covid tests….thats confusing…

I think it might be helpful if they are using the short swab sticks to announce it. They do that at Redwood Memorial’s walk-in Covid test and it is such a nothing procedure, compared to what they subjected people to originally with the long swab sticks.
