The mesh drapery they will be installing over the rock face will be worth the wait to get by. It is not much fun driving 299, and playing dodge ball with the rocks that keep coming down. Most people drive the highway too fast, and I know they won’t be able to stop in time before hitting a rock that won’t fit under the car. If you cannot stop in the distance you can see, you are going to fast!

Black Rifles Matter, grow dozers are not good for anything but tailgating people, and passing on corners, at least that is what I read from the ones on highway 36. I have seen several rocks on 299 over the years big enough to turn your Ram into a ball of aluminum foil. Don’t forget you cup of Black Rifle Coffee before you hit the road.
