Final Suspect Involved with Laytonville Cannabis Robbery Apprehended

handcuffs prison jail arrestMendocino County Sheriff Matt Kendall has confirmed that the last assailant sought by law enforcement associated with yesterday’s Laytonville cannabis farm robbery “was found by a deputy this afternoon.”

This individual’s capture marks the end of a multi-agency law enforcement operation in response to four armed men who held three adult males, an adult female, and a juvenile female at gunpoint for several hours yesterday, September 19.

A press release from MCSO said the crimes began on September 17, 2020 when four Bay Area men arrived at a rural property on the 49000 Block of North Highway 101 near Laytonville demanding money. The robbers discharged their firearm and left the property stealing approximately 20 pounds of marijuana stating they would return in two days.

The press release described on September 19, four men returned to the property demanding money and subsequently held the occupants of the home at gunpoint for several hours.

Afterward, law enforcement intercepted a van that was leaving the area and found three men involved with that day’s robbery while one fled the area on foot.

As per the MCSO press release, a total of seven men have been arrested in association with the crime with charges ranging from armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment, and discharge of a firearm in an inhabited dwelling.

Wonder which one was the bonehead that fired the shot? That upped the ante to the point of no return. When “Shots fired” comes over the air LE doesn’t generally give up easily.

None of the alleged suspects had guns or stole anything. the mcso got paid by the Mexicans to lie as well as Create a fake story and ruin the names of the alleged suspects. like most does best to tear ppl down and make them look like criminals. I know those alleged “victims” admitted to being illegal immigrants who were cartel memebers, trespass growing over 750 plants with no permit or permission to grow, they were in possession of fire arms, and also weren’t suppose to be at the property. That property is under a deed scandal where the buyer never paid the original owner who is Louise g bagliere 2nd, the compensation for any portion of the land and it must be sought-after in court. The mcso has no money and built a relationship with all the local criminals in the community to except money in order to keep doing their illegal activities. And the locals in the community know it. Please be reasonable and just ask anybody who is local in the surrounding areas about what goes on and has been going on for years. Plus all the alleged suspects are released None of the alleged victims appeared to testify against them.

I agree this is probably a G-rated version. I must commend the Mendocino Sheriffs Office. They have shown time and again they will go in and arrest violent home invaders and murderers, place them in jail, and prosecute them. This is in direct contrast to our Humboldt County SO, and Prosecutor, who are considered a joke at this point.

Give them some credit…HumCo Sheriff will sometimes arrest them. Only then will they cite and release them. With a court date that they may choose to ignore…and then the HumCo judge will give them time served with double secret probation. Serious stuff!!

There’s a narrow column of text on the left side of the image in MS Edge. It happens repeatedly.

The old man is the property owner. Illegal Mexicans were staying in the property and were refusing to pay for rent. Louis had no choice but to have his son and his friends help him remove them from the land. While they tried kicking them off the Mexicans fired shots at the old man and his son. They then turned around and tried to accuse the old man of robbing them and shorting at them while demanding money. This is all a lie from the racists up north.

Plus there the suspects had no guns. And the illegal Mexicans growers “family of three strong men heavily armed” who did have AR15s already on the property with no permission anyway the police stated the illegal Mexican growers had firearms and No I.D. to match soo illegal how they let that go! .. I mean logically if they had a kid in an rv with guns weed drugs in it cmon now too.. the guys were were just trying keep the property safe from it illegal activity.. and Not illegally grow mass amounts of weed which was going on and the police seen and got paid to avoid what was going on to the land his father was trying to save for his family not illegal cartel members trying to punk people out of them out there land.. and the police go with a made up robbery story. Not protect the original owner and his family who are and have been there for over 40 years. Ok bullshit mendo sheriff Matt kendall..a nobody who’s officers get caught high on meth in the parkinglot.
