Information from the Hoopa Valley Tribe:

On 9-1-2020, the Humboldt County Drug Task Force (HCDTF) served three search warrants on the Hoopa Valley Indian Reservation. An estimated 3 oz of heroin, 1.7 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, packaging for sale and one stolen vehicle were seized. Charges will be sent to the Humboldt County District Attorney’s office on three suspects; Jasmine Smith, Richard Lyle Sanderson and David Curtis Hostler “Frankie.” We would like to thank the HCDTF for their hard work and dedication to the Hoopa Valley Tribe.

That Frankie guy stole my friends truck from off Hoopa years ago he was visiting the head of the Salmon recovery effort Karl stripped the engine out (new Chevy Avalanche) and then charged 800$ to pay the tow fee. (haha) Rolled it into the street pulled guns out said they were a sovereign nation and f$#k off.
