[UPDATE 11:55 a.m.] One Vehicle Struck Another on Hwy 101 and Now They Are on Trinidad’s Southbound Onramp

Traffic collision, crash, wreck, feature iconTraffic is slowed at the southbound Trinidad onramp and offramp after a silver PT Cruiser allegedly struck a Toyota Rav 4 on purpose. According to a report made to the dispatcher and relayed on the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page, the PT Cruiser may have been tailgating the Rav 4.

An ambulance and a tow truck are responding to the incident.

Please remember that information gathered from initial reports is subject to revision as more facts become available.

UPDATE 11:55 a.m.: The CHP is reporting this is a minor injury collision.

Wonder if it’s the PT Cruiser that has the bumper sticker threatening to break check you if you can read the sticker… I always avoid that jerk.

I would kindly suggest to the PT Cruiser driver that if he wants to hit another vehicle, by all means aim for a Peterbuilt. Problem solved.
