The road crew may finish up the day on Brannan Mountain Road starting at post mile marker 0.00 and going to post mile marker 0.50. This depends on how much oil the road crew has left after finishing Hodgson Road and Seely McIntosh Road.

If a car or truck leaks oil on the roadway it’s an environmental impact issue. Yet these county employees use it rain or shine. Theirs must not be toxic to the creeks and rivers. Bwahaha
It doesn’t flow to creeks and rivers. It sets up like asphalt. Doesn’t go anywhere.
Where is that photo taken from?
Funny story was on a PG&E job had environmental watchers every 50 feet. They would constantly check the trucks for oil leaks. We were on asphalt, (made with oil) one drip got you throne off the job. after we back filled the trench with slurry they would compact the road base and use wands or giant tank trucks to spray oil all over the road base and that was OK!
