Richard passed away on March 8, 2020 at the age of 82. He touched many lives in the Ettersburg community and is greatly missed. Please bring your memories and help us to celebrate a life well lived.

Is he the man who made great fences for people in the area? Shot in the dark here, but it kinda looks like him. If so, he is/ was a very nice man.
I think you are referring to Todd Phelps, who is a very nice man. Richard was also. He always had a big smile and a friendly word for me. Richard ran a ranch in Ettersburg, and was a very skilled equipment operator who maintained many Ettersburgian driveways.

We will always remember Richards warm smile, how he was such a hard working man and loved his family. What a wonderful legacy from a wonderful man .
