OVER 3 tons of bud destroyed there. Someone’s not gonna make their buyers happy…
🕯🌳Bummer looks like a dry summer for a lot of people. 🌍🖖🐸⚖
Just a drop in the bucket these days.
Bummer looks like cartel work again….
It was probably all legal hemp
Nope, San Diego and US citizens.
It is for my personal, medical and religious use. Dr’s order is 19 elbows a day. Any questions?
Are you juicing it?
GOOD, enviro despoilers need to be eradicated. Greed has destroyed the once idyllic county.
AW AW elbow I thought they were called lbs 😂😂😂
El-bows. Some of the old “Spanish archers.”
I thought elbows were 1/4 pounds
I thought that elbows were for coughing/sneezing into and for dabbing…some odd dance move from 10 years ago not getting high.
Quiz of the day. What’s a “box”? Can someone guess a “rack”?
Box = 100 lbs
Case = 1000 lbs
Rack = 1000$
Great job to all law enforcement involved! Everyone knows illegal marijuana spreads covid19 so it’s best to knock this nonsense off before it gets out of hand.
Spreads it? You mean cures it!
Where is the access road? Camp out on it you will get em’.
Somebody will come back soon I might add and grab what supplies and gear are left.
That’s not how you make a pickup in the creek.
Why is there never a word from E.P.I.C., Earth First, Environmental Protection Fund or one of the other thousand enviro groups ??
Because there’s no way for them to make money off of it. E.P.I.C.s business model is to sue 10 or more logging companies at a time and see what sticks. If they win one case that allows them to keep operating. It’s kind of sad. Their ideals about saving the environment take a back seat to making money. In the end, they’re still just lawyers.
Hammer plus nail equals squarely on the head!
It wasnt too many years ago that the director of EPIC was busted herself with 500 pounds
EPIC?! They became a front for weed growers and dealers. That happened awhile ago- back in the green rush. They were awesome and good for many years before that. Remember when [edit] got busted in Fieldbrook? That was the tip of the iceberg of their conversion to accommodating big-time grower friends and turning a blind eye to watershed destruction…Now she’s a consultant for mega-grow permit pansies. And EPIC? Not sure they do anything relevant anymore….
1. It wasnt Natalyn DeLapp is was Amber Jamieson

2. Natakyn DeLapp is not a consultant for anyone she is the operations director for The Humboldt County Growers Alliance which is a trade association not a consulting firm.

The rest of your bullshit statement hold no water either. [edit] Oh and Ill be fact checking the fuck out all your posts from here on out and calling out you every time. Im so over people like you just posting vomit. I dont even know these people or care about them one bit, but I knew you were [edit] because like you Ive been here for decades and I remembered the story right away and as soon as I saw your post I said ” wow that Farce is [edit]
Because they are stoners
It is a disservice to us all to have the facts of 3 cases jumbled together. Take the water violations, were they on one parcel, 3 on each, it’s not possible to make sense of things from this press release. And speaking of the water violations, what were they? Some “violations” are simply not having a license to do what you could legally do with a license. That’s different from polluting a stream or taking water needed by wildlife. The cannabis violations @$10k a day are just nonsense. They were abated by the Deputies. If the cops do what’s right the growers will be charged in court where they can get something like justice, instead of the county’s abatement procedures. And what of the land owners if they are not the growers. They’ll get unjustly stuck with the civil penalties, not the growers. The press release with its “approximately 9910 plants” (could have been 9913, right?) simply does not give the public the facts needed to assess and understand what happened.
After 100 it really doesn’t mske much difference. I know ton of people thst do well on 50 plants a year. 3lb plants minimun if you treat em right. Even at the low of $500 that’s $75,000. Take off $10,000 for expenses and that’s $65,000 tax free dollars. A decent living if you skip the $50,000 growdozer trucks and the 3 month vacations in Hawaii. Even enough left to donate to the local Fire Station and the PTA. Anyone with 9,000 plants and stealing water to boot needs to be shipped outta here.
Good point level headed response
So just HOW were those 3 tons of already processed bud destroyed? I don’t see pics of THAT happening. That’s the important part.
F#&#k all u Johnny come lately s been here 51 years been growing herb for most of them still ain’t made no money,,, now all ugreedy basterds trust fund sons a bitches get the fuck out of town,,,,u taken every natural resource we have, pack your shit or the plague will destroy every last one of u c*ck suckers
They natives said something similar to your parents when they moved here.
Facts
Any idea on who owns the raided property near Dinsmore?
This isn’t new! Watched as officers tossed more than you’ll ever see into a incenerator and let it burn in Eureka, 40 years ago. Humboldt is the best, proud to be from fieldbrook ca
