Crash on Hwy 299

An ambulance responded to the scene but according to a witness, Mark Nelson, both occupants were removed with minor injuries.

What’s the excuse this time ? Sunny and dry straight road. I just passed there and cars still going like a bat outta hell.
I’m glad they are okay, Not bitching on how fast they may have been going.
Sounds like they just flipped out.
Maybe new to the area and just looking around and not watching where they were going, or speeding to the casino. Just glad they were not killed.

I would place money on cellphone use as the cause.
No crash on 299 almost deserves to be news. I will traveling there back and forth to the coast tomorrow. Sure much faster than when I was a child or even got first DL (1969)
For those of us who drive 299 all the time those straight sections can be difficult to negotiate.
