wonderful !
This job has been subject to countless delays and is an ugly mess. It should have been finished by now. Another summer of major traffic delays with no end in sight.
Haven’t been on 36 for awhile. I’m wondering, if you miss the shut down time, what do folks do? Are there porta-Johns, Taco trucks? What if you arrive at the road block at ,say, 1:02?
You sit and wait
