Additional violations with civil fines are expected to be filed by the assisting agencies.

Failed to have a permit to cultivate, well if the extortionists government made it so people who aren’t filthy rich could get a permit, and maybe if they made it so it didn’t take 4 to 5 years to obtain one!!! They just stole these people’s land/lives.wasnt there something in the constitution stating about aggregious fines and the people being protected from having there land stolen by the government. Isn’t that how we became a nation was by a group of forefathers getting together tired of being robbed, molested, and having the tyrannical English (redcoats)steal (seize) there farms.looks like were back to square one with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! by the way theres this civil rights group ya all should check out called the PACIFIC legal FOUNDATION. Take a stand on election day protect your democracy. They’ll have other reasons soon to steal your property YOU’LL SEE

if they operated their generator without making a mess and went to the dump once in a while, they would only be dealing with the bottom two violations.

Hoj. I hate Pacific legal foundation, but it is definitely time to call them in. Sometimes you need the devil to fight your battles. Humboldt county has truly screwed the pooch with its legalization process. The very greedy growers that caused the problems are the only asses getting permits.
2nd district supe has abandoned any and all not wealthy enough to contribute to her election fund in a significant way.
Since pot ain’t federally legal and the county has conspired with the state to pick and choose who to enforce upon, this will be a fun lawsuit to watch.

Agreed! And thank you!!! How convenient that mostly the richest and most douchiest of the people here, most who are not even from Humboldt County, were able to slither and buy their way to be permitted, especially for the biggest farms.

or about 100 gallons or so in a variety of containers because you are suppose to change the oil every 100 hours. the Dump is a precious thing to waste.

Too bad, minus the permits, it looks like a clean, professional little operation. No stream violations or apparent light pollution…maybe some generator noise.

Yep. And what’s the deal with covid distancing? How can the county justify exposing its personell to covid at these sites, and exposing the, as yet presumed innocent, landowners from the covid carrying cops?
Another liability the taxpayers will fund comes when these cops bring covid to someone’s family while weedwhacking a 10×20 greenhouse.

I know they do that, but do you know the legal grounds of that action? I know if things are outside and visible from the public domain, its one thing, like scoping an outdoor crop from a chopper. I know looking inside someone’s house or buildings requires a warrant, no matter what. Where does thermal imaging land in all of that? Gray area or is it illegal to use without a warrant?

It’s feeling like the 90s all over again with all these indoor busts. I thought indoor was a thing of the past. The new ‘work around’ is that the county isn’t inspecting any permitted grows this season, so it’s a free for all. The permit patsies are still fucking it up for everyone else and not staying in their lane.

What? Track and trace is getting its fee but not doing its job? That adds evidence to the Pacific legal foundation lawsuit. The county and state are guilty of racketeering.
And then there is the moral vacuum of the permitted ones who abandon their $10,000 a day abated neighbors and sell their shit on the black market.
Permitted growers who use the black market given all the losses the people who couldn’t get permitted have faced are committing moral crimes against their neighbors.
There’s a nice hot seat in hell for each and every one of them.

I do not think a permit grower is going to hell because he or she sold on the black market! That is laughable.

You’re all over the place. Why are you pushing this lawsuit and law firm?
If you were informed you would know that Track and Trace has been defunct for a couple of years . The program is called METRC, Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Compliance.

People voted to make it legal 👍,now it is just like tobacco and alcohol, It does not mean anyone can grow and sell , you have to get permits like everyone else and every industry, if people don’t like the law maybe they should have voted.

Moon beam changed what was actually voted for. He said it was to hard to have both medical and recreational laws , so he merged medical out and recreational in giving all the power to the counties. Medical cannabis was to not to be affected. Look it up

We voted for it to be like tabacco and controlled like alchohol. They changed the legislation after the vote. So when someone says your vote does not matter it’s because it doesn’t. I think what you are tryin to say is this is like prohibition but opposite and in all actuality it’s like the Volstead Act which was not cast by vote but through legislation.

Enforcement is the chosen method to remediate us. By definition that is oppression and we have every right under the constitution by our owns means to fight. Do we take up arms, no, we grow, like we been growing since this war started. All legalization has done is name another enemy combatant. Our new enemy Corporate America and provided much needed reinforcements in the name of legalization and the all mighty dollar controlled by wall street hedge funds.

Just one huge issue for our enemy. It’s not their plant it’s ours. It always has been our plant and always will be our plant until the federal law is repealed. They think they can take it away from us but they cannot. Oh they have tried and these last few years holy fuck man talk about coming at us from all sides including within. Still, here we are and a new season begins with plans to grow more. Yea, lol, more……Fuck Legal!!

EZ money grab & justification to keep from getting laid off… petty to raid someone w/ this size grow during a pandemic when they’re letting ppl out of jail & not even charging real criminals or real druggies. Pathetic. What family did they ruin? Rather they be on food stamps/welfare? As-if they make the permit process for a small cultivator affordable and dooable.

How was this grow totally indoors found except by illegal means. Our economy is in the dump and going to get worse. They are opening businesses and this grow which looks close to being done would have helped put $ into the economy. Yet its gone. Why are these officials who are out destroying more lives literally not out fighting this virus and the criminal issues such as domestic violence and the rising crime in the area. I dont smoke weed or grow but am intelligent enough to know that it puts money into our county. This grow was either found thru illegal means or a snitch. Hoping the grower knows who his enemies are. There are way more horrific crimes than growing. At this point we wonder who’s paying whom off. Honeydew farms ever get bisted? So many so called permitted grows are selling half thier crops black market and i know this for a fact from the mouths of several of the legal growers in honeydew. Fo.freaking figure.

Look around. A lot of the grow tubes have been replaced with the back to the 90s mentality. Hide inside. Unfortunately this area is no stranger to infrared flyovers.
