/”really uncommon”/

-like, NEVER. It crams-up the books. Credit, debit, credit. (Public Private Partnership, in disguise and on the run).

Keep in mind, these officers are not in the Republic. Have not ever read the Federal and State Constitutions, hence and therefore, are clueless when it comes to Due Process regarding pretty much everything, let alone a warrant. These psuedo-municiple cops wouldn’t know law if they found it on their bedside table.

How cool of Honsal to not only accept being “appointed” as Sheriff, while he collected “Under-Sheriff” pay, he also stepped into another career as Coroner!! (i blame the me of We, the People). Nevertheless, how ***Convenient*** to assume a County Sheriff position, plastered w/Coroner duties. What a freakin shite show.

At the beginning

“The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:”

This would be why it says that.

~hark. I believe it’s Peter Pan in Never, Never Land.

Just where is this “court of law” you speak of, Tonto?

Freedom cannot exist in an Administrative form of government.

Seriously, if you haven’t bothered to do your homework, let’s call it ‘piercing the corporate veil’, it’s a bad idea to step in here and do a 20th Century, in-the-crypt, mockingbird stiletto on us.

You may as well as be on Mars when you step foot on the court-ship in dry-dock, flying it’s Commercial flag.
