SoHum Man Arrested After Being Found With Scale and Bags of Heroin, Says Sheriff’s Office
Information from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office’s Facebook page:
On Wednesday, October 2, at about 10:30 a.m., a deputy on patrol on the 800 block of Redwood Drive in Garberville saw two males engage in a possible hand-to-hand drug transaction.
Deputies contacted the two subjects and determined one of them, 30-year-old Isaac William Washburn of Phillilpsville, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Deputies arrested Washburn on the warrant.
During a post-arrest search of Washburn, deputies located a digital scale and 15 individually wrapped bags of suspected heroin. Deputies additionally located evidence of suspected drug sales on Washburn’s person.
Washburn was transported and booked into the Humboldt County jail on the warrant and suspicion of Possession Controlled Substance for Sale. The other male was released from the scene

Corporations never forgot. The development of oxycontin and fentanyl were a guarantee of loyal customers and huge profits. The armed forces were their best customer.

He got his girlfriend hooked a couple of years ago. Annie died in August. Her children were taken to Foster Care and are split up now in two different families. I hope he wakes up to the damage heroin has created in his life and chooses to be sober. He doesn’t live in P-ville anymore.
